Instructor

Martín Chamorro is a freelance English-Spanish technical translator from Argentina. He participates as an organizer and speaker in professional conferences for translators and interpreters. He has a profile oriented to technology applied to translation and innovative AI developments, and also to networking.

Since 2012, he has been offering face-to-face and online classes and lectures on translation software and motivational topics for professionals and students, independently and in collaboration with a variety of companies and organizations. He is a teacher of IT resources in the first year of the translation course in his house of studies (Sofía Spangenberg).

He is also a Board Member of the Argentine Association of Translators and Interpreters (AATI) and has actively collaborated in presentations as well as in the organization of events with a variety of local and regional translation associations, such as the Executive Council of FIT LatAm and the Spanish Division of the American Translators Association (ATA SPD).

He also practices swimming, and enjoys gardening activities and teaching himself several languages.
